Fantastic Holdings Limited's culture is based on the values, behaviours and beliefs of the people in the organisation. These values and beliefs are embodied in what we call our "3Ps": Purpose, Principles and Practices, or our guide book to the way we want to operate.

Our Purpose
The FHL Group Purpose is: "We grow by making a positive difference".
Growth is vital to both a healthy company and a healthy individual. Growth covers many aspects: financial, knowledge, as well as personal growth. The character and how a company grows is defined by the people within the company and how these people interact and behave to achieve a common purpose.
We believe that if our company grows, it will make a positive difference to our customers, our fellow employees, our business partners, our shareholders and the communities in which we operate.
Principles & Practices
The following Principles and Practices are relevant to every business unit and employee within FHL. Our Principles are constant and don't change with fashion or management whim and provide guidance whenever we face meaningful or difficult decisions.
Practices are the behaviours that underpin our Principles - without them, our Principles are meaningless. There are many Practices that could be listed under each Principle, however we have chosen those that we believe are the most important and relevant and which are expected to be practiced by all of our employees at all levels.
The following are our seven Guiding Principles and key Practices:
